America's Lawyers to Bush & Co: Please Abide by the Constitution.

In the piece I argue that the American Bar Association report on Bush's illegal domestic spying is getting little print media coverage, and calling to task both the media and the legal profession for not pushing forward with a clear civil-rights agenda.
