Alaska Greens get the ball rolling again
There is so much to do, and so few to do it, that sometimes we take two steps forward and one step back.
Sometimes we get burned out.
I think it was John Lennon who said "Life is what happens when you were making other plans."
At any rate, the fine folks in the AK Green Party have kicked off what seems to be a new, and welcome, addition to the Green Blog constellation. You can check it out over here.

We're also revamping our website, Gregg. Burnout is a serious problem in the party, I think, and leads to a lot of grumpy people who don't want to deal with each other, and a lot of tired people who just want to hide under the covers for a couple of years.
But sometimes we perk up and come back out of hiding.

Thanks for the update Deirdre. I think that you are right also that many of us have been doing this for so long that a lot of the fun has been sucked right out of the party we love.
Perhaps we could arrange for 1/4 of us to take off every three months. That way we all get 3 months of rest a year. :-)
