WI Greens, others, take their pro=peace agenda to the voters

Taking advantage of a system of local referenda, Greens and other pro-peace forces in Wisconsin helped pass a number of resolutions against the war on Iraq across the state. Now The Capital Times reports that they are at it again, planning to put the issue before the voters in another 20 communities.

The Wisconsin State Journal covered the Green Party plans as well, and makes it clear that this pro-peace initiative was born and raised in Green Party hearts and minds.
