Howie Hawkins, recently nominated to run for the US Senate from New York by that state's Green Party, has issued a call for an independent investigation into the events of 9-11 after a Zogby Poll showed that showed that 45% think "Congress or an International Tribunal should re-investigate the attacks, including whether any US government officials consciously allowed or helped facilitate their success" (with 8% unsure).
